What if the stains are still there?

Not every stain is removable but, we always try our best to get them out! If you are concerned about a stain in particular you can ask your carpet cleaning technician before they begin and they will be able to tell you straight away if the stain is removable or not. However, it’s important to note that a stain isn’t necessarily dirty, it’s actually a discolouration of the carpet fibres and otherwise clean after carpet cleaning.

How often should I clean my carpets?
Carpet steam cleaning regularly doesn’t harm your carpets as the cleaning formulas we use aren’t corrosive. The answer really depends on the level of foot traffic that travels on your carpets – if you have kids and pets you should have a professional carpet clean at least once every year. If you live alone you can do it once every one and a half years. So before the damage is done book us in for a professional carpet clean!
